YouTube in preparation to become a TV operator

 

Most of the content that is broadcasted on television can be seen on YouTube within a few hours or a few days after the broadcast. However, not all content can be viewed.

Some operators do not broadcast their programs on YouTube. But what would happen if the cable operator provided TV channels service on YouTube itself, just like on TV? Now the company is working on this matter.

According to an article published in The Wall Street Journal, YouTube is working with cable companies to provide services similar to TV. Currently, the company is working with some media partners for this service.

If this happens, users will be able to watch TV channels on their own YouTube for free. It is said that preparations are being made to make this feature public by the end of 2023. Currently, the information that this service has been made available to a small number of users for trial use has also been released.

Before this, YouTube has already launched 30 streaming services that can be viewed on a paid basis.

Primetime Channels – permitting its clients to peruse, buy into, and watch more than 30 administrations. Starting today,  occupants can pursue an early access variant of Early evening Stations through YouTube's Motion pictures and television Center.
